Refunds and Returns
In order to give you peace of mind when shopping with us we offer an easy returns and exchange policy so you can return any purchased item within 14 days from the date of your order. We can provide store credit, refund or exchange for another item, where the returned item is subject to the following conditions:
All returns must be authorised by Gippsland Coffee before sending the item back to us. Please contact us in advance of return.
In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is faulty on arrival or you have simply received an incorrect item in your order or it does not match the product description we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. Please contact us if this is the case.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty or damaged items are subject to the following conditions:
In the event that you are wanting to return the goods to Gippsland Coffee, details will be provided to you about the return procedure. We recommend that you keep your original product packaging. In the unlikely event that you are wanting to return the goods and you do not have the original packaging, you will bear the responsibility for safely packaging your the goods for transport and Gippsland Coffee accepts no liability for any damage that may occur in transit.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. We adopt the same approach.
If you have any questions or concerns about whether your item/s meet the above criteria, please contact us. We recommend sending any returns via registered post or tracked courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
Upon receiving your return we will assess your item/s and contact you to confirm we have received and processed your return. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse and we will notify you via email once your return has been completed.
Postage/Delivery
Rural and remote areas may attract longer shipping times but we make every effort to ensure we provide the fastest delivery times possible.
Please note bulky orders to rural, remote & offshore areas in excess of 25kg may attract additional delivery fees.
Delivery times above are estimates only. Delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not the date orders are received and refer to business days not calendar days. We make every attempt to ensure all deliveries arrive within the estimated time frames above however sometimes events occur that are out of our control. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order.
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
